Eagles and LG Landon Dickerson agreed to a reworked contract.

Per ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, Dickerson was set to make $39 million over the next two seasons. That number is down to $36 million, though he can recoup the lost $3 million via 2027 incentives. Dickerson’s contract was previously set to expire in 2028. He is now only under contract through 2027. It’s a relatively minor pay cut for the veteran lineman, and hitting the open market a year earlier could ultimately work in his favor.
Makai Lemon

The Athletic’s Dane Brugler reports USC WR Makai Lemon ran a 40-yard dash in the “4.48 to 4.53 range” at his Pro Day.

Lemon chose not to partake in any of the athletic testing at the NFL Combine, though he did participate in the gauntlet drill. Either way, he was all but locked in for first-round draft capital already. Though he didn’t blaze the 40, the range scouts timed him at his more than enough to keep him in top-10 contention come draft night. Coming off a 79-1,156-11 receiving season at USC, Lemon will be one of the first receivers off the board both in the real draft and in early dynasty drafts.
David Njoku

Browns released TE David Njoku.

Njoku was designated as a post-June 1st release, spreading out his dead cap hit over two years. The news doesn’t come as a surprise. Njoku posted a heartfelt goodbye just after the season ended, so it was only a matter of paperwork for the Browns. The age-29 tight end is now looking for a new home for the first time in his NFL career. Njoku caught three passes for 293 yards and four scores in 2025. He was passed on the depth chart by Harold Fannin Jr. and missed time late in the year with a knee issue. Plenty of teams will be interested in signing him, though likely as a rotational player at this point in his career. Njoku is unlikely to put up TE1 numbers in 2026, no matter where he lands.
Orlando Brown

CIN OFFENSIVE TACKLE (SUB) #75

Bengals signed LT Orlando Brown Jr. to a two-year contract extension.

Brown was set to enter a contract year. Now he’s under contract through 2028. Brown hasn’t received stellar grades from Pro Football Focus in recent years, but the Bengals won’t be paying him like a top-end tackle either. The move keeps him in a familiar offense and allows Cincinnati to spend elsewhere in what’s left of free agency and the draft.
Keaton Mitchell

LAC Running Back #34

Chargers agreed to terms with RB Keaton Mitchell, formerly of the Ravens, on a two-year, $9.3 million contract.

Mitchell became an unrestricted free agent after the Ravens chose not to tender him. It’s hard to imagine much of a better landing spot for the speedster. Chargers OC Mike McDaniel turned De’Von Achane into a home run machine in Miami, and Mitchell is one of the few players who can match Achane’s top-end speed. Mitchell will be parked behind Omarion Hampton in LA, but he should hold some fantasy value if he can secure the RB2 gig. Mitchell ran for 341 yards at 5.8 yards per carry last year. His career average is over six YPC. Even as strictly a backup, Mitchell will be an intriguing fantasy bet in 2026.
Maxx Crosby

Maxx Crosby declared himself “a Raider” on social media.

Prior reports indicated that Crosby was unwilling to play for the Raiders ever again. He has seemingly changed his mind, telling Raiders fans, “I’m back.” Crosby was nearly traded to the Ravens in exchange for two first-round picks, but the Ravens withdrew from the deal yesterday, citing a failed physical. Earlier today, The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reported that the Raiders’ asking price for Crosby had not changed. Trading away Crosby for draft picks makes sense for a team that is ostensibly beginning a rebuild. Whether the Raiders’ front office has changed its mind about jettisoning him remains unknown. But Crosby, for his part, appears ready to don the Silver and Black once again.
Kyler Murray

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports that free agent QB Kyler Murray plans to have virtual meetings with 3-5 teams that could need a starting quarterback in 2027.

The virtual meetings will take place tonight and tomorrow. Murray is also flying to Minnesota this evening and will meet with the Vikings in person tomorrow. The Vikings are widely considered to be his likely landing spot, with Murray expectedly assuming the starting job for 2026, and “a one-year minimum deal could come together quickly.” Per Pelissero, the virtual meetings give Murray a chance to reintroduce himself to people he hasn’t seen since the 2019 NFL Draft, “and get a jump start on his free agent process a year from now.” Murray is also reportedly open to studying as a backup in 2026 with a team that could open up the starting role in 2027.
Charles Omenihu

Commanders agreed to terms with DE Charles Omenihu, formerly of the Chiefs, on a one-year, $7 million contact.

Omenihu gets $4 million guaranteed with a maximum value of $7 million through incentives. He stands as the seventh new player added to Dan Quinn’s defense in this free agency cycle as the team looks to completely revamp their identity in a short timeframe. Omenihu has primarily played as a rotational piece during his seven-year professional career, something that appears likely in Washington considering the money agreed to.
Derrick Nnadi

IND Defensive Tackle #92

Colts agreed to terms with DT Derrick Nnadi, formerly of the Chiefs.

The specifics of the contract have yet to be released. Nnadi, who has played all eight of his professional seasons with the Chiefs, saw his play on the field slip the previous two seasons, notching only 27 combined tackles across 12 starts and 32 appearances. The Colts have an established defensive line that also just added veteran Arden Key, making it likely Nnadi serves as a rotational piece and/or depth option along the defensive front.
A'Shawn Robinson

TB Defensive Tackle #94

Buccaneers signed DT A’Shawn Robinson, formerly of the Panthers, to a one-year, $10 million contract.

The Panthers released Robinson just yesterday. His new deal with the Buccaneers is fully guaranteed. Robinson, 30, totaled 45 tackles, six TFLs, 31 quarterback pressures and three sacks last year. Robinson will likely fill former Buccaneers DT Logan Hall’s old role. Hall signed with the Texans earlier today after totaling 25 tackles, one TFL, 32 quarterback pressures and two sacks for the Buccaneers last year.
