Nic Claxton (hamstring) will be re-evaluated in two weeks.

Two days after reports surfaced that Claxton was ramping up his activity after injuring his hamstring early in the preseason, Bulls head coach Tiago Splitter said that the center will be out for another two weeks after being re-evaluated. Jalen Smith started most of the Bulls’ preseason games and should retain that role, increasing his fantasy value. Zach Collins (quad) was not restricted in Monday’s practice, setting him up to be available for Wednesday’s season opener against the Raptors.

Zuby Ejiofor got 11 points (4-of-6 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), three rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a three in 17 minutes against the Wizards.

The big man from St. John’s had an impact off the bench in this game and was a big factor in why the Hawks got big leads when the bench was in the game. Asa Newell (toe) left the game early and Jock Landale (hip) is already out, so if you wanted to stream in Zuby in deeper redraft leagues, he could have some value for rebounds. In dynasty leagues, you should be happy that he had this performance and flashed what he might be capable of with more minutes.

Onyeka Okongwu had a good 14 points (5-of-9 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 16 rebounds, four assists, two steals, a block and two 3-pointers in 120-105 win over the Wizards.

Okongwu has been mildly disappointing this season, so it was good to see him have a good game. He got some more stocks which have been lacking at this point. The minutes aren’t going anywhere, so he should continue to have this role barring injury. In dynasty, if he were to ever get traded, his role could be in jeopardy given the fact that he’s an undersized center who doesn’t defend at a super high level.

Dyson Daniels put up 8 points (4-of-13 FGs), a career high 17 rebounds, and eight assists on Wednesday against the Wizards.

Dyson didn’t score the ball, but he did have a career high 17 rebounds in this game. Dyson’s offense hasn’t gotten back to where it was in his third year, and the lack of a three-point shot will hinder him, but the defense has been awesome, and he’s been what you would’ve hoped for when you drafted him with most of his value coming from steals and good rebounds from a guard.

Kingston Flemings had 14 points (6-of-9 FGs), three rebounds, four assists, and two 3-pointers in win over the Wizards.

In his first start of his career, he played well and you felt his imprint on the game. It was said on the broadcast that it was CJ McCollum’s idea for Kingston to start and get into a rhythm. It is notable that Kingston played 23 minutes when CJ played 25 minutes. His ability to collapse a defense with his speed was on full display. We’ll see if this is a permanent change, but he clearly looked good in this game.

AJ Dybantsa had 9 points (4-of-12 FGs, 1-of-4 FTs), six rebounds, and three assists on Wednesday.

The Hawks clearly bothered him with their physicality where he missed several buckets around the rim. A lot of his recent value was coming from shooting 93% at the free throw line and he shot 1-of-4 in this game. He will have better performances than this and once he gets used to more of the NBA physicality, he’s going to be a really good player. His athleticism and size allow him to do things that very few players in the league can do.

Kyshawn George with a monster 25 points (10-of-14 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists, and three 3-pointers in the 120-105 loss to the Hawks.

Kyshawn has fit right into his role in the starting lineup and has been a very impactful and important player on this Wizards team. He impacts winning, doesn’t do more than is required, and will do whatever the team asks him to do. He was one of the only players on the Wizards that could hit 3’s in this game with the team going 6 of 26 from three. (23.1%)

Isaiah Stewart (knee) is doubtful to return to Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.

Sidelined by a right knee injury, Stewart played 10 minutes in the first half of Wednesday’s game. His absence likely means a few more minutes for Quinten Post, who’s back in the rotation after missing two games with an ankle injury.

Anthony Davis took advantage of the Hawks size with 26 points (12-of-19 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), ten rebounds, three assists and three blocks in loss to Hawks.

He did tweak his ankle in the first quarter which will be something to monitor if it flares up but it didn’t impact him much in this game. He did He took advantage of his size over the Hawk’s smaller big men and had a good game. The next game the Wizards play is against the Hawks in Atlanta, so if he’s healthy, it’s possible that he has a similar performance against them on Friday.

Kyrie Irving, Cooper Flagg, Zaccharie Risacher, PJ Washington and Daniel Gafford will start Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.

The Mavericks are without Max Christie for another game. However, after Caleb Martin started the last two games, Risacher has replaced him in the lineup. The other starters are unchanged.

Noah Clowney (knee) will not return to Wednesday’s game against the Hornets.

Clowney played 17 minutes in the first half before leaving with a sore right knee. Josh Minott, Keon Ellis and Danny Wolf are all options to absorb the minutes that would have gone to Clowney.
