The Raptors have tendered a two-way qualifying offer on Jalen Harris, making him a restricted free agent.
After being suspended for over a year after testing positive for a prohibited substance, Harris has a chance to return to the league. However, Toronto will have the opportunity to match any offer that’s made. It’s unlikely that any team offers him a deal that is too rich for the Raptors, so expect him to be with the team next season, likely spending most of his days in the G-League.

Kevin Porter Jr. had 15 points (6-of-13 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, 11 assists, two steals, one block and one three-pointer against the Hornets on Monday.
Porter was excellent as he has been all month, mostly without Giannis Antetokounmpo. In December, the 25-year-old shooting guard is averaging 20.5 points per game, 5.8 rebounds per game and 8.0 assists per game. Porter should be rostered in more than 67 percent of Yahoo! leagues at this point.

  • MIL Forward #9
Bobby Portis had 25 points (8-of-12 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, one assist and five three-pointers in the win over the Hornets on Monday.
Portis came off the bench again with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Ryan Rollins in the starting lineup. The 30-year-old power forward was very efficient in his 23 minutes, dropping 25 points on 12 shots and making five three-pointers. Portis remains one of the more reliable bench players in the league and he showed it again in the win over the Hornets Monday.
  • POR Center-Forward #35
Robert Williams III (knee) is available for Monday’s game against the Mavericks.
The Time Lord is back after sitting out Sunday’s win over the Celtics. He’ll slot into the backup center role, with Yang Hansen likely falling out of the rotation after logging 11 minutes the last time out.
  • POR Forward #24
Kris Murray (quad) is out for Monday’s game against the Mavericks.
Murray’s right quad contusion will keep him out of Monday’s game after logging 30 minutes in Sunday’s win over the Celtics. He was filling in for Jerami Grant in the starting lineup, so Sidy Cissoko could be moved into the first five for Monday’s game. He’s only worth streaming in deeper leagues.
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo had 24 points (11-of-16 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists and one steal in the Bucks’ 123-113 victory over the Hornets on Monday.
Antetokounmpo was still on a minutes restriction in his second game since returning from a three-week absence due to a right calf strain. The 31-year-old’s production has been excellent while only playing 25 minutes in each game. Giannis capped off the victory against the Hornets with a dunk over Brandon Miller despite being fouled with just over a minute left in the fourth quarter. The Bucks will be back on the court Wednesday against the Wizards.
  • CHI Guard #3
Josh Giddey (hamstring) will not return to Monday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Giddey pulled up with a left hamstring injury early in the third quarter of Monday’s game and was subbed out of the game almost immediately. Ayo Dosunmu replaced Giddey in the lineup, and he will figure prominently in the Bulls’ rotation as Coby White left Monday’s game during the first half due to a calf injury.
  • MIA Guard #9
Pelle Larsson (ankle) will not return to Monday’s game against the Nuggets.
Larsson sprained his right ankle when he stepped on the foot of Nuggets guard Tim Hardaway Jr. while running down the court in the third quarter. He immediately limped back to the locker room and is now done for the night. His absence frees up additional minutes for Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Nikola Jović. Larsson missed time earlier this month with a sprained left ankle.
  • WAS Guard #3
CJ McCollum tallied 17 points (6-of-13 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), three rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks in Monday’s loss to the Suns.
  • WAS Guard #12
Tre Johnson finished Monday’s loss to the Suns with 24 points (9-of-12 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), one rebound, two assists, one steal and five three-pointers.
A double-digit scorer in six straight and seven of his last eight games, Johnson had the best night of his rookie season on Monday. The lottery pick out of Texas shot 5-of-5 from beyond the arc, finishing with his first 20-point game. He should remain in the starting lineup as long as the Wizards are without Kyshawn George, who has missed the last two games with a hip injury. The “silly season” isn’t here yet, but Johnson is worth a look in deep leagues.
  • PHX Forward #11
Oso Ighodaro produced six points (2-of-3 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 10 rebounds, three assists and two steals in Monday’s win over the Wizards.
With Mark Williams serving a one-game suspension for fighting during Saturday’s win over the Pelicans, Ighodaro made his second straight start and seventh of the season. The second-year forward/center didn’t do much scoring, but he provided solid value in rebounds, assists and steals. Nick Richards was also productive, tallying nine rebounds and three blocks in 17 minutes off the bench. Williams will be available for Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers, which will likely push Richards out of the rotation.
