Desmond Bane exploded for a team-high 31 points (12-of-17 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), six rebounds, six assists, two steals and one block over 36 minutes on Sunday, leading the Magic to a 135-127 win over the Pacers.
Bane shook off a relatively slow start to pour in 20 second-half points on 8-of-11 shooting, including 2-of-3 from three-point range. The 27-year-old scoring machine has been a little underwhelming in his Orlando debut, but he’s still delivered sixth-round fantasy value this season, averaging 19.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.6 blocks through 36 games. The Magic are in line for a four-game slate next week that includes showdowns against the Wizards, Nets, 76ers and Pelicans.

Cade Cunningham amassed 13 points (5-of-16 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), four rebounds, five assists and two steals in Sunday’s Game 7 loss to the Cavaliers.

  • CLE Center #4
Evan Mobley accounted for 21 points (7-of-10 FGs, 6-of-11 FTs), 12 rebounds, six assists, two steals, two blocks and one three-pointer in Sunday’s Game 7 win over the Pistons.
  • CLE Guard #45
Donovan Mitchell finished Sunday’s Game 7 win over the Pistons with 26 points (10-of-22 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), seven rebounds, eight assists, one steal, one block and two three-pointers.
  • CLE Guard #5
Sam Merrill recorded 23 points (7-of-10 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), one rebound, two assists, one steal and five three-pointers in Sunday’s Game 7 win over the Pistons.
  • CLE Center #31
Jarrett Allen tallied 23 points (8-of-14 FGs, 7-of-13 FTs), seven rebounds, one assist, one steal and one blocked shot in Sunday’s Game 7 win over the Pistons.
  • CLE Guard-Forward #2
James Harden, Donovan Mitchell, Max Strus, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen will start Sunday’s Game 7 against the Pistons.
The Cavaliers have changed their starting lineup for Game 7, with Strus replacing Dean Wade. Strus offers a higher offensive ceiling, and he can also take on the task of defending Cade Cunningham. The other four starters are unchanged.
  • DET Guard-Forward #27
Kevin Huerter (adductor) is available for Sunday’s Game 7 against the Cavaliers.
Huerter was available for Game 6 but did not play after aggravating his strained adductor during Game 5. Given the lack of playing time, his role is likely to be limited for Game 7.
  • DET Guard #8
Caris LeVert (heel) is available for Sunday’s Game 7 against the Cavaliers.
LeVert is officially available after being listed as questionable on the Pistons’ initial injury report. He’ll take on his usual reserve role, likely surpassing 25 minutes as Detroit looks to advance to the conference finals for the first time since 2008.
  • DET Forward #55
Duncan Robinson (back) is available for Sunday’s Game 7 against the Cavaliers.
Robinson, who logged 20 minutes in Game 6 after sitting out Game 5 with a sore lower back, is good to go for Sunday’s series decider. He’ll remain in a reserve role for Game 7, with Daniss Jenkins making his third consecutive start alongside Cade Cunningham.
  • SAS Center-Forward #7
Luke Kornet (foot) is questionable for Monday’s Game 1 against the Thunder.
Kornet is dealing with a sore left foot, and a potential absence would affect the back end of the Spurs’ rotation. He averaged 13.8 minutes per game in the second round, which included a spike in playing time in Game 4 due to Victor Wembanyama’s second-quarter ejection. If Kornet can’t play on Monday, more minutes would become available to Carter Bryant.
