Jackson has appeared more like his normal, electric self over the past two weeks. In Week 15 against the Bengals Jackson threw for 150 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for 26 yards. He appeared far more mobile and elusive than he did in the Ravens’ Thanksgiving night loss to the Bengals. “I believe I told you guys early on in the week that I was feeling better, like Thursday,” Jackson told reporters after Baltimore’s Week 15 win. “I guess you guys had to see it to believe it.” Apparently recovered from ankle and hamstring injuries he suffered this season, Jackson should be an excellent fantasy option in Week 16 against the Patriots in what could be a high-scoring affair.
  • PIT Quarterback #8
Multiple records and milestones were reached in this one. First off, offensive coordinator Arthur Smith was full-on Arthur Smith-ing as the Steelers became the first team in NFL history with rushing scores by two different tight ends in the same game, the first scored by Connor Heyward on Pittsburgh’s version of the tush push from one yard out and the second a rushing score by former Dolphins tight end Jonnu Smith for the revenge narrative. Second, the Steelers scored on four consecutive possessions for the first time since 2018 to break the game open in the third quarter. Third, their defense held the Dolphins to -20 total yards in the third quarter, the fewest for any team in a quarter since at least 2019. And finally, Rodgers moved into third in career games with two or more touchdown passes after connecting with Marquez Valdes-Scantling and DK Metcalf in the third quarter. Rodgers was not tasked with much while attempting only 27 passes due to the defensive battle and remains an uneasy start in fantasy circles in 2025.
  • WAS Quarterback #5
According to Rapoport, Daniels’ elbow injury was re-evaluated today, and he was not cleared to play. Given this, and the fact that the Commanders will face the Cowboys on a short week in Week 17, the team has decided to shut him down for the season and ride with Marcus Mariota the rest of the way. In the way everything seemed to go right for Daniels in 2024, the exact opposite could be said of his 2025 season. Daniels didn’t get to work much with his no. 1 receiver in training camp due to a contract dispute, and his on-field play took a noticeable step back when healthy. The real story, however, is injuries. Daniels appeared in only seven games for the Commanders this season due to a knee sprain he suffered in Week 2, a hamstring injury he sustained in Week 7, and a dislocated elbow he suffered in Week 9. He was knocked out of Week 14’s game against the Vikings when he attempted to return from his elbow injury, and is now officially out for the season. There was always fear that Daniels’ slender frame would leave him susceptible to injuries at the pro level, and he didn’t beat the allegations this season. Hopefully, a fully healthy offseason, coupled with revamped tools in the passing game, will yield better results for the 2024 Offensive Rookie of the Year.
  • GB Defensive Lineman #1
The worst was confirmed on Monday, as the Packers will now be without their star pass rusher for the remainder of the season. Parsons suffered a non-contact knee injury in the third quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Broncos and remained down for several minutes before being helped off the field by trainers. Head coach Matt LaFleur said after the game that things “didn’t look good,” for Parsons, with reports later coming out that the team feared a torn ACL. There isn’t much to explain here. Parsons is one of the premier pass rushers in the league. He totaled 12.5 sacks in 14 games this season while also posting 41 tackles, 12 TFLs, and forcing two fumbles. The Packers now have to find a way to get by in the regular and postseason without their best player, who has accounted for 37.9 percent of their sacks this season.
  • SEA Running Back #9
A week after posting just 29 yards on ten rushing attempts against the Falcons, Walker was ineffective once again against a middling Colts rush defense. Zach Charbonnet, meanwhile, had eight rushes for 31 yards and ran 16 pass routes to 14 routes for Walker. With one rushing touchdown since Week 4 and no path to consistent pass game usage in the balanced Seattle offense, Walker is barely usable in any fantasy format. The Seahawks backfield is perfectly formulated to destroy all potential fantasy value. They play the Rams in Week 16.
  • SEA Wide Receiver #11
JSN, as usual, dominated targets in the balanced Seahawks offense, and functioned as Sam Darnold’s go-to guy on every big down in a close game against 44-year-old Philip Rivers and the Colts. Incredibly, this was JSN’s ninth game with more than 100 receiving yards. This was only the sixth game of the season in which Smith-Njigba did not score a touchdown. Smith-Njigba will once again be an elite fantasy play in Week 16 against the Rams. He had nine catches for 105 scoreless yards the last time Seattle played the Rams.
  • LA Wide Receiver #12
He added two rushes for eight yards. Luckily for the Rams, Matthew Stafford calmly followed up with a touchdown toss to Colby Parkinson to push the lead to two scores after Nacua briefly left with cramps. Nacua didn’t have a red zone target, but otherwise, nothing fantasy managers will want to point to with any derision here. He crushed on the outside, on the inside, and had the Lions corners in a blender all day. He’ll be on the WR1 line against the Seahawks next week assuming everything checks out with the cramps, and with Davante Adams (hamstring) potentially sidelined as well, Nacua will be a big favorite to lead the team in air yardage, targets, and catches.
  • LAC Running Back #8
Hampton led the way with 15 rushes while Kimani Vidal saw 12 rushes and one reception. It was Vidal who ran the most pass routes — 21 to eight — and functioned as the third-down and two-minute back for much of the game. With the Chargers shifting hard to the run over the past three weeks, Hampton and Vidal are likely to split around 30 weekly touches, possibly more depending on game script. That could lock in Hampton for 15-20 weekly touches. The rookie should be considered a top-30 option in Week 16 against a week Dallas defense.
  • KC Running Back #10
Pacheco was as inefficient as ever, averaging a meager 1.9 yards while Kareem Hunt had 12 yards on six carries in the NFL’s worst backfield. He was bottled up time and again in short yardage situations and slow to get to the edge against LA defenders. Pacheco logged 18 routes to 22 pass routes for Hunt. Pacheco, who has more than nine carries in just five games this season, won’t be playable in fantasy next week against the Titans.
  • KC Tight End #87
Kelce tied for the team lead in receptions and led the Chiefs in receiving yardage thanks in large part to a hurry up approach in the fourth quarter as the Chiefs tried (and failed) to keep their playoff hopes alive. Kelce converted five first downs on the day. It was the fourth time in 2025 Kelce has exceeded 68 receiving yards. His rest-of-season usage is very much an open question with Kansas City eliminated from postseason contention and Patrick Mahomes going down in the fourth quarter with an apparently serious knee injury. Gardner Minshew’s penchant for check downs could keep Kelce alive as a weekly fantasy starter if that’s how the Chiefs want to play this. Kelce is slated to face the Titans in Week 16.
