The RedHawks may have lost their first conference tournament game, but an undefeated regular season should be more than enough to earn a spot in The Big Dance.

Crosby said the world will “get the best version of 98" in 2026 after the Ravens failed him on his physical just days after agreeing to a trade with the Raiders. The star pass-rusher recently declared himself “a Raider” on social media, suggesting he’s hoping to remain with the team this upcoming season, and it’s been reported that the asking price for Crosby hasn’t changed despite the Ravens reneging on the deal. Crosby suffered a knee injury last season that he played through, but he still underwent offseason surgery to repair a torn meniscus. One of the true Iron Men of the league, Crosby is no doubt motivated to prove the Ravens made the wrong move in sending him back to Vegas. He’ll have a sizable chip on his shoulder and a lot to prove if he is ready for training camp.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11
It’s yet another “trade discussions are not dead” story surrounding Brown, who remains the most heavily discussed player after Trey Hendrickson joined the Ravens and Maxx Crosby was sent back home to Vegas. According to Russini, the Rams entertained a trade for Brown before acquiring Trent McDuffie, but they remain interested in the star receiver if the price is right. It goes without saying that this won’t be the last time we hear about Brown and a potential trade.
  • MIN Quarterback #1
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports that Murray will make $36.8 million this season. The Cardinals will pay all but the minimum salary. National and local journalists reported yesterday that Murray could sign with the Vikings today, but the former Cardinals quarterback notably set up virtual meetings with executives from three to five teams that might be in need of a new starting quarterback in 2027. He did so with the goal of getting a head start on next year’s free agency cycle, signaling he intended to sign a one-year prove-it deal with the Vikings if the two sides could come to an agreement. Pelissero notes that the Vikings hope competition for the starting role brings out “the best” in QB J.J. McCarthy following a poor 2025 season for the young quarterback. Murray should be considered the favorite to run away with the job at this time and could warrant QB1 treatment, guided by quarterback-guru head coach, Kevin O’Connell.
  • WAS Running Back #1
The signing reunites White with his college signal caller, Commanders QB Jayden Daniels. The two played together from 2020-2021 at Arizona State. White logged 42 carries and eight receptions in 2020 before blossoming into a featured dual-threat player in 2021. That season, he rushed 182 times and caught 43 passes. The Commanders will likely add another running back or two via free agency or the 2026 NFL Draft, but White can currently be viewed as the favorite to handle passing down duties and will presumably compete with second-year RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt for the lead rushing role as well. This looks like a fantasy-friendly signing for White.
  • LAC Running Back #34
Mitchell became an unrestricted free agent after the Ravens chose not to tender him. It’s hard to imagine much of a better landing spot for the speedster. Chargers OC Mike McDaniel turned De’Von Achane into a home run machine in Miami, and Mitchell is one of the few players who can match Achane’s top-end speed. Mitchell will be parked behind Omarion Hampton in LA, but he should hold some fantasy value if he can secure the RB2 gig. Mitchell ran for 341 yards at 5.8 yards per carry last year. His career average is over six YPC. Even as strictly a backup, Mitchell will be an intriguing fantasy bet in 2026.

Prior reports indicated that Crosby was unwilling to play for the Raiders ever again. He has seemingly changed his mind, telling Raiders fans, “I’m back.” Crosby was nearly traded to the Ravens in exchange for two first-round picks, but the Ravens withdrew from the deal yesterday, citing a failed physical. Earlier today, The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reported that the Raiders’ asking price for Crosby had not changed. Trading away Crosby for draft picks makes sense for a team that is ostensibly beginning a rebuild. Whether the Raiders’ front office has changed its mind about jettisoning him remains unknown. But Crosby, for his part, appears ready to don the Silver and Black once again.
  • FA Quarterback #1
The virtual meetings will take place tonight and tomorrow. Murray is also flying to Minnesota this evening and will meet with the Vikings in person tomorrow. The Vikings are widely considered to be his likely landing spot, with Murray expectedly assuming the starting job for 2026, and “a one-year minimum deal could come together quickly.” Per Pelissero, the virtual meetings give Murray a chance to reintroduce himself to people he hasn’t seen since the 2019 NFL Draft, “and get a jump start on his free agent process a year from now.” Murray is also reportedly open to studying as a backup in 2026 with a team that could open up the starting role in 2027.
  • SF Defensive Tackle #97
The Cowboys were reportedly open to listening to offers for Odighizuwa, who now finds a home with a 49ers team looking to increase their ability to generate pressure on opposing quarterbacks. Odighizuwa has registered 216 tackles and 17.0 sacks in five seasons in Dallas. It was thought to be difficult to deal the veteran considering he recently signed a four-year, $80 million extension prior to the 2025 season, but the two sides got it done.
  • GB Defensive Lineman #97
The deal includes $13 million in 2026, potentially giving Green Bay an early out if the 10-year veteran starts showing signs of aging following his age-33 season. The former two-time Pro Bowler played the 2025 season with the Vikings, registering only 3.5 sacks and 52 tackles in 16 appearances. He did prove healthy last year after playing only three games for the 49ers in 2024 and brings another capable body up front for the retooled Packers.
  • BUF Linebacker #2
The deal includes a whopping $29 million in guaranteed money and ties the former Pro Bowl linebacker to the Bills through the 2028 season. Chubb managed a solid 8.5 sacks in 2025, his first year after a torn ACL that cost the seven-year veteran the entirety of 2024. Injuries have been an issue throughout Chubb’s career, missing 17 games in his first four season with the Broncos before the 17 missed games two season ago with the Dolphins. The Bills now invest significant money after a fully healthy season last year. He’ll join a stacked second level in Buffalo as he looks to regain his Pro Bowl form.
