  • CLE Quarterback #15
The game got away from Joe Flacco and the Browns late, but it was much closer than the score indicates and Flacco looked surprisingly good in his first start for the Browns considering he was just signed under two weeks ago. He was decisive with his reads, effective on play action, and showed good arm strength throughout the game. He was never the most mobile quarterback, and he certainly didn’t add any agility, but he showed a willingness to push the ball down the field, which is likely a boost for the Browns pass catchers. His interception was a poor throw on a miscommunication where Flacco aired the ball out for what turned out to be an easy, lofting pick that helped cost the Browns the game. That one mistake aside, Flacco looked every bit as effective running the Browns offense as Deshaun Watson has for much of the season.
  • LAR Wide Receiver #17
The game began exceptionally for Nacua, who had all of his receiving stats in the first quarter, including a 70-yard seam route down the middle of the field where Nacua simply outran the Browns’ safety for the TD. It was the longest play from scrimmage for the Rams all season and put Nacua over 1,000 receiving yards on the year. In doing so, he became the first Rams rookie ever to reach the milestone and is the 6th player since the 1970 merger to reach the mark within his first 12 games, the first since Justin Jefferson in 2020. It looked like Nacua suffered a major shoulder injury in the second quarter, but he was able to return and finish the game and even rattled off a 31-yard run and another 45-yard run that was called back on a questionable holding call. He should be good to go for next week against the Ravens, even if he misses a practice or two during the week.
  • CAR Running Back #30
It was a workmanlike outing for Hubbard, who dominated the backfield work with 25 of 33 running back rushing attempts. Both of Hubbard’s touchdowns came inside the ten yard line. The Panthers attacked the middle of the Tampa defense and exploited a range of injuries among Bucs linebackers and linemen. The Panthers’ new coaching staff may have more of a commitment to Hubbard as the team’s lead back for the remainder of the season. Miles Sanders saw most of the passing game work against Tampa. Hubbard should be a top-24 option in Week 14 against the run-funnel Saints.
  • SF Quarterback #13
Purdy’s return to Philadelphia ended with a far better outcome than what we saw in his first trip to The Linc last January. For starters, he left the game unscathed. Despite a slow start, Purdy and the 49ers lit the Eagles’ defense up for much of the game, throwing four scores on the afternoon, which included two long touchdowns by Deebo Samuel. Samuel did most of the work on those touchdowns, but credit to Purdy for at least getting him the ball. Now at 9-3 on the season, Purdy and the 49ers will prepare for a Week 14 matchup against the Seahawks, whom they pummeled just two weeks ago on Thanksgiving Day.
  • CAR Quarterback #9
Struggling to see beyond his offensive linemen — as noted by the game announcers — Young was content to check down time and again, with the occasional off-target downfield shot. There was nothing notable different about Carolina’s offense a week after the team fired head coach Frank Reich and a handful of other coaches. Young continues to make baffling decisions in the pocket and has been hampered by a generally dysfunctional offense. Young won’t be a fantasy option in Week 14 against New Orleans.
  • TB Running Back #1
White struggled mightily to get anything going against one of the NFL’s worst run defenses. His longest rush came on the second to last play of the game, when he broke through a ten-man front and scampered 30 yards before sliding down in bounds so the Bucs could run out the game clock. White saved his fantasy day with a first quarter end zone plunge. That Tampa has no other viable running backs means White will be fed touches in any sort of neutral or positive game script. He’ll be a top-15 option in Week 14 against Atlanta.
  • TB Wide Receiver #13
It was the Evans Show from start to finish, as he went over the 1,000 yard receiving mark for the tenth straight season. He saw 41.6 percent of the Bucs’ targets and would have easily eclipsed 200 yards if Baker Mayfield had not missed Evans on two open downfield looks. Evans’ touchdown came on an explosive 75-yard catch and run that put the Bucs up for good. The target-hogging, air yards-devouring Evans has as high a weekly ceiling as any wideout in fantasy right now. He’ll be a WR1 option in Week 14 against Atlanta.
  • LAR Tight End #89
Higbee was evaluated for a concussion after an incomplete pass in the fourth quarter. He remained on the sideline with his helmet on, which indicates he passed the concussion protocols, but the Rams are also evaluating him for a neck injury as well.
  • PHI Quarterback #1
After leaving the field to be evaluated for a concussion, Hurts missed five plays on the following drive and returned to the field. The Eagles’ QB1 appears to be good to go as the team looks to mount a comeback.
  • PHI Quarterback #1
A brain injury isn’t great, but the initial concern was a lower-body injury for Hurts, who has dealt with a knee injury throughout the season and had his leg twisted up on his last play. We’ll see if he’s able to clear concussion protocol to return to the game, but if not, there’s a chance he’ll open Week 14 in the league’s concussion protocol.
